Re-Inspection
A re-inspection is an extension of the original inspection your inspector performed for you. Your inspector will come out and reinspect the repaired deficiencies discovered during the initial full-service inspection.
Pre-Listing Inspection
Phase Inspection
Phase 1
Pre-Pour Inspection takes place before the concrete slab is poured. In order to verify all plumbing fixtures, structural steel framing and electrical systems below are up to state requirements.
Phase 2
Pre-Drywall Inspection is completed after the house is framed and before the insulation and walls are put in. The Inspector has the ability to validate all electrical wiring, carpentry framing and plumbing infrastructure is up to state requirments.
Phase 3
Final TREC Inspection takes place once the home is completed, before the final builder walk-through.
11-month New Build Warranty Inspection
Also referred to as a One Year Warranty Inspection. The inspector will preform a full TREC Home Inspection to identify any issues or errors that occurred during the first year of the house being occupied. This will give you time to let your builder know of any issues that need to be taken care of before your 12 month warranty expires.
24 month Warranty Inspection
The inspector will inspect for any issues or errors within the first two years of the new home being occupied on the entire Electrical system, plumbing system and sprinkler system. This will give you time to let your builder know of any issues that need to be taken care of before your 24 month warranty expires.
