Sewer/Plumbing Scope – A sewer scope is a video inspection of the lateral sewer line leading from the house at/near the foundation and connecting to the city, HOA tap or septic tank. It is recommended for new builds and older homes to check for the different types of piping that was used such as steel piping, clay piping, PVC piping, copper piping or PEX . Our sewer camera inspection will be checking for broken pipes/offsets, bellies/sags in piplines, root growth from trees, previous backups, construction debris and blockages.
